The Requirement


Savills IM needed a short, punchy, and exciting video to help announce the launch of their 2024 Outlook report. They wanted something that would stand out from the crowd and break through the noise. Given Savills’ positioning as a major investment firm, Rocking Horse had to strike just the right balance between being provocative while keeping in mind that Savills IM works with a plethora of trusting, institutional clients.

The Solution


Working collaboratively, Rocking Horse helped the marketing team to refine the script to get it to the exact duration and making it punchy and intriguing. Rocking Horse then began to explore the various ways Savills’ branding could be incorporated and leveraged, such as the company colour scheme and “Savills wave.” This involved multiple disciplines within the post-production team including editors, designers, and animators to bring Savills’ vision to the screen. ​

Impact and Benefits


Ultimately the Savills IM marketing team were extremely pleased and proud to publish the resulting piece. The video was impactful and put them well ahead of other asset managers in terms of the types of content that their competitors are putting out, helping them to break through the noise and reach a large audience effectively.
